Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

Benefits:
Strengthens legs, core, and shoulders

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Stand in a wide stance, about 3–4 feet apart.
2️⃣ Turn your right foot out 90° and left foot slightly in.
3️⃣ Bend your right knee over the ankle, keeping thigh parallel to the floor.
4️⃣ Extend arms parallel to the ground, gaze over your right hand.
5️⃣ Engage your core, hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
6️⃣ Repeat on the other side.
