How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand with feet wide apart, arms extended.
2️⃣ Turn one foot out 90° and bend the front knee (align it over the ankle).
3️⃣ Keep your back leg straight, gaze over your front hand.
4️⃣ Hold for 5 deep breaths, then switch sides.
