A strong tree withstands any storm because its roots run deep. Tree Pose helps improve balance, strengthen your legs, and cultivate focus.
How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand tall in Mountain Pose (Tadasana).
2️⃣ Shift your weight to one foot, placing the other on your ankle, calf, or inner thigh (avoid the knee).
3️⃣ Bring your palms together at your heart or extend your arms overhead.
4️⃣ Focus on a still point and breathe deeply for 5-10 breaths.
