How to Do It:

1️⃣ Step your feet wide apart.
2️⃣ Turn one foot forward and the other slightly in.
3️⃣ Extend your arms, hinge at the hips, and twist your torso.
4️⃣ Place one hand on the floor (or a block) and reach the other toward the sky.
5️⃣ Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
