🧎‍♂️ Pose of the Week: Forward Fold (Uttanasana) 🌿

Sometimes, the best thing we can do is surrender. Forward Fold stretches the hamstrings, calms the mind, and encourages deep introspection.

How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand in Mountain Pose (Tadasana), feet hip-width apart.
2️⃣ Hinge at your hips and fold forward, letting your head relax.
3️⃣ Keep a slight bend in the knees if needed.
4️⃣ Hold for 5-10 breaths, surrendering deeper with each exhale.

🌊 Challenge: With every inhale, imagine breathing in fresh energy. With every exhale, release tension, doubt, or fear.

🕊️ Mindfulness Corner: The Art of Letting Go

Holding onto stress? Try this “Hands & Water” Practice to symbolically release it:

💦 Step 1: Find a bowl of water or stand near a sink.
👐 Step 2: Close your eyes and imagine everything weighing you down.
💧 Step 3: Place your hands under running water or dip them in the bowl.
🌬️ Step 4: As the water flows, visualize your worries washing away.

A simple yet powerful way to reset.

🌿 Wellness Wisdom: Detox Your Space, Detox Your Mind

Cluttered space = cluttered energy. This week, choose one area of your home to declutter:

🛏️ Your bedside table (for restful sleep)
📱 Your phone apps (for digital detox)
