This week, we’re bringing the yoga studio to your swivel chair with moves that fit perfectly between back-to-back meetings. Because spreadsheets shouldn’t come with spinal regret.
💺 Feature: Slouch No More—Stretch Between Spreadsheets
Stuck at your desk for 8+ hours a day? Your spine is probably filing a complaint. But good news: you don’t need to roll out a mat in the break room or quit your job to fix your posture.
A few sneaky yoga moves between emails can reverse that cubicle crunch:
Seated Spinal Twist: Loosens up the low back. Just twist gently from the waist while sitting tall.
Neck Rolls: Release tension from Zoom overload.
Desk Downward Dog: Stand, place your hands on your desk, and stretch your spine long.
Even 3–5 minutes a couple times a day can realign your spine, reduce fatigue, and keep you from turning into a human question mark.
